Kinda has personal lived experience in disability which enhances her knowledge and training in the social model of aged and disability care.
Kinda is also passionate in advocacy empowers her service users in self advocacy, choice and control and direct their own support or care plan.

Corina has over 16 years experience in the Disability Services Field. Corina’s demonstrated experience in the assessment, review and implementation of client based Individual Program Plans (now Care Plans), managing staff and developing House Supervisor Work Plans outlining criteria, objectives and timeframes.
Corina has managed individual Community Residential Units, budgets, working collaboratively and negotiating with, managers, staff, and client families and with relevant service providers.
